Did some testing and found out that while in High Velocity Gas Cylinder, alacrity does not reduce the cooldown on my Heatseeker Missiles, Rail Shot, Unload and other important skills. Taking off the Cell buff or my pants made it reduce cooldown again. I also did take off my gear and re-learned arsenal. Didn't help. What do I do? The text gets bugged as you get too high in the alacrity % value. Not to worry though - the reduction is still there. Easiest example: Combat Sentinel/Carnage Marauder. Use Zen/Berserk. It says your cooldown on Zealous Strike/Battering Assault is 10 seconds. If you use it, its cooldown is 8 seconds. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
