Jawa Scrap converter

The three Jawa peddlers are great, but would would be nice is if each of them let you convert up and down. Like you could convert 10 greens to a blue, 10 blues to a purple, and reverse.

It's been seven years since this was brought up. Is there such a thing? Can we convert Jawa Scrap up or down, 20 greens to make a blue; 10 blues to make a purple, that sort of thing?

Near the three vendors on the Fleet there is another Jawa who converts one way (up = G=>B=>P, I think). There isn't a decoration version of that one though.

After going to the Bazaar on fleet, I was disappointed to find that the Jawa that converts the scrap, only converts it to credits. 10 blue or purple scrap for 1000 credits.

 

There was another Jawa there, hidden behind a bunch of hardware, he wants 500 purple scrap for in exchange for a buff that improves the drop rate of Syndicate Plans.

Yeah, he was added for GS2. I imagine he'll disappear when GS3 releases.
