TezMoney Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Not sure if this is happening on commandos... "Proactive Medicine" is the HOT applied after casting Healing Scan/Advanced Med Probe. For some reason it only seems to be working if you the target already has "Invigorate" the heal buff granted by HS. So I have to cast HS twice just to get the HOT. Unless I missed something this isn't in any of the relevant tool tips, so it seems to be bugged. Can anyone tell me if I'm crazy or is this yet another bug Bodyguard Mercs have to deal with along with the Supercharged Gas set bonus? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Proactive Medicine is the HoT applied after using Emergency Scan and requires nothing on the target. You may be thinking of pre-3.0 where Healing Scan did in fact put a HoT on the target.
