mdeezil Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 please sign this post so that there's a chance we might get duel wield specialization as a passive skill no matter what discipline we choose. common devs, pre-3.0 duel weild specilization was a must-have talent for mara/sents . We're the only duel wielding melee class and without that ability ( unless you're carn/combat) our off hand saber is nothing more than a glorified stat stick. TACeMossie Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 The offhand saber is always going to be a glorified stat-stick. Dual wield specialization just means more of your damage is RNG. Would you prefer more damage on offhand attacks (33% chance to miss), or more force damage (no miss chance)? Obvious answer: More force damage. So thats what they did.
