While "Repair Probes" (the Clarion/Imperium ability) work as advertised, and were noted as being fixed here: http://www.swtor.com/patchnotes/12162014/game-update-3.0.1-patch-notes There are still some missing abilities, and a smaller subset of missing abilities broken in 3.0. Very important, however, is the "Repair Drone" ability, present on the Warcarrier/Legion , and the Spearpoint/Bloodmark. The top talent is a choice between "Repair drones give back ammunition" and "Repair drones heal shields". Neither of these talents does anything currently. Unlike a few of the remaining bugs in GSF, this has significance balance issues (this is a core component) as well as no opt-out or workaround (both talents are broken, so the move is just "spend 10k ship req for nothing"). Please address. Of lower importance (and these are known bugs before 3.0): Also note that Sabotage Probe's option to "slow" the enemy, when taken, breaks the ability utterly- it no longer locks maneuvering down at all. The workaround is to select the other (less useful) talent, however, so the ability is not fundamentally broken. Additionally, many of the tooltips are a bit confusing, especially regarding snares, and the ion railgun talents were reverted internally to a previous patch (the talents claim to reduce speed by 65% for 12 seconds and regeneration by 65% for 6 seconds, but in fact speed is reduced by 40% for 6 seconds and regeneration by 100% for 6 seconds, earlier versions of these talents). It's quite possible this was a deliberate change (in which case, fix the tooltips please), or an accidental change.
