This is a reoccurance of the same bug that was fixed in 2.4.2 Specs such as annihilation marauders with a self heal will essentially get a 2x relic proc effect stacking boost. johnbgood Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 (edited) can you provide a combat log or video to prove your claim? i doubt it's true as i tried pretty hard to get a double proc but it did not happen. tested crafted ruusan FR + SA and revanite SA. Were it not the case, wouldn't the tooltip for the relic say something like this?This effect can only occur once every 20 seconds, and shares this limit with similar healing or damaging effects.
