TunaF Posted December 21, 2014 Share Posted December 21, 2014 I had to reinstall the game (had to reformat hard drive, malware issue) and I'm trying to patch the game. I'm getting the message "unable to retrieve patch data", however it lists remaining amount of download and download speed. Unfortunately it's not updating the download bar so it doesn't look like it's downloading the patch, but if I exit and start back up the amount of patch to download is dropping. I'm still "patching" as it were, even though I can't actually see any progress in said patching. it also greys out during my initial log in of my user name and password. I'm wondering, are there any hidden software requirements not listed? I've updated all my drivers and patched everything, but perhaps there is something I've missed.
