Exhumed Relic of Focused Retribution has a tooltip of 735 primary stat, currently giving 772 primary stat. Ruusan Relic of Focused Retribution has a tooltip of 835 primary stat, currently giving 876 primary stat. Either the tooltip is completely wrong or these are bugged, haven't tested any other relics.
