I don't know if it helps, but when the hm60 flashpoint starts, in the quest list there is some [GROUP 55] or something like that in the list. It says complete 55 hm flashpoint. So maybe that needs to be updated and is causing the problem? Its not an old quest from before, it only appears when gf group enters the flashpoint area.
