Try using the auto-sort at the top of the trainer windows. Bio was located deep into the schematics list. I used the auto-sort on the columns and it popped up to the top fro me. Make sure you have bought the Shadow of Revan expansion, you need that to get to 500. This question pops up in fleet chat all the time and 95% it's because players did not buy the expansion.
