Anyway, after being IGNORED by customer service for a week, I had to just "reset" the quest. Due to the odd way bonus series quests work, I had to redo one or two of them but not all. Wasn't too bad. Think the whole bonus series is designed for your to have an execuse to go back to the planet later, alderaan just happens to be the first planet that you dont meet that min lvl. Claymaniac Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 I just had this happen to me too. Had to abandon the quest, go all the way back to the beginning of the Bonus Series to get it again. Luckily the game recognized that most of the parts until here were complete so after I got a part of the chain from someone, I was able to talk to them right away to move on to the next. discosoc Posted June 13, 2012 Share Posted June 13, 2012 In case anyone missed it, just abandone the quest and go back to jace malcom and start it again. You won't have to actually redo the quests; it will just send you to talk to a few people and, eventually, the quest person won't be bugged the second time. It's really annoying, but it can be finished. Just don't fret over abandoning the quest line thinking you will lose progress. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(There's a recent report of it in the French section of the forums too -- actually found that first when I did a search.) Hopefully they'll take a look and fix this sometime soonish.
