Fix Target Party Member Binds in Ops/PvP

Please fix the target party member binds when you are in an ops.

Target party member 1-3 works great with group frames. 4-man flashpoints. Out in the world questing. Dailies. Target party member 1 lines up perfectly with the first frame for a group member. Works for the second party member and so on. It skips your frame, but its fine. That's why there's target self and a self modifier.

Group Member 1 -> Target Party Member 1

You -> Target Self

Group Member 2 -> Target Party Member 2

Group Member 3 -> Target Party Member 3

Things work great when using the group frames.

The problem occurs when you join an ops. At this point your group is still the same. Target party member binds will still target the people in your group within the ops. But, the way they become displayed in your group most the time becomes jumbled. Something like this:

Ops Group Member 1 -> Target Party Member 2

Ops Group Member 2 -> Target Party Member 3

You -> Target Self

Ops Group Member 3 -> Target Party Member 1

It seems to throw people into a random order. If you are lucky it will line up, but most the time its scattered. This has been a problem since forever. It only becomes magnified now that the game has arenas. How this issue doesn't have more outrage, amazes me. Its like everyone's a clicker or something.

In arenas and warzones you are forced to use the ops frames. So in other words using keybinds to target teammates in pvp requires an incredibly annoying work around. Either before each game you completely rebind target party member 1-3 to match where they are displayed in the ops frame or you memorize where they are located for that specific match.

Either way. The game should not be this much of a hassle. If for some reason you can't fix this, then at least allow players to reorganize the ops frames in instanced pvp and/or allow people to enable group frames in arena. These two features should be added regardless.

All players should be able to reorder the members in their individual group within an ops. This would not interfere at all with a raid's set-up. The group frames should be usable in arenas. They would be far superior anyways, because of how they display debuffs. Debuffs, however, are an entirely different problem.
