This is the game as it is right now. 1- Ion Railgun's tier 5 talent (left), "Engine Disruption" causes a snare for 6 seconds. The tooltip claims 12. 2- Ion Cannon does not trigger feedback shield. Verain Posted October 8, 2014 Author Share Posted October 8, 2014 So, looking through some old stuff, it looks like we saw the description change in 2.8 (from 40% for 6 to 55% for 12). That patch also changed the energy regen description. The energy regen really did change then, and I'm almost POSITIVE that it was really 12 seconds for like, a long time? Until super recent?
