Tank Hybrid for PvE??

I heard there is a tank hybrid for PvE, what the pros and cons and what does it look like? on what boss fights would i wanna use it?

There is AP in Ion cell

 

Basically

 

Pros:

• 30% AoE DR
  
• 40 sec cooldown on energy shield
  
• Energy rebounder
  
• 30% DR when stunned
  
• Slightly more damage
  

 

Cons:

• 4% less defence
  
• 4% less shield and absorb
  
• no oil slick
  
• no flame engine
  
• no jet charge
  
• no heat screens/blast
  

 

AP-ion is really only good for very specific (AoE heavy) fights *cough* Brontes
