Daewan Posted September 20, 2014 Share Posted September 20, 2014 Nope, that is the way it is supposed to work. You have a 20% chance or less on each individual RE attempt to learn a new schematic. If you have learned all the schematics available or there are none available, there will be a warning in red when you go to RE the item. Otherwise, it is a flat 20% or less chance each and every time. It is not cumulative, it is independent of every other time you have tried.
