No, I am not trying to abuse it (I don't think I even can, considering I have an MM sniper) but when I watch videos all I see is a crap ton of damage in an alarmingly short amount of time. Rollbang refers to using Covered Escape into a wall/object (in order to stop the roll changing your position) under the Engineering spec to drop 5 Scatter Bombs all at the same position dealing massive aoe damage to all enemies in close proximity.
