Gaining multiple cheevs at the same time just shows the first cheev to pop up multiple times. I saw this today for the Forged Alliances story cheev, as well as last week leveling an alt so it began sometime after 2.9. I received 3 cheevs at once on my alt and saw the same one 3 times.
