Aim VS Endurance

I am currently Shield spec. And at lvl 42 i have 730 Aim and 928 Endurance.

I've heard alot of people saying they are stacking Aim more. Is this only for a Tactics build? Or for all Vanguard builds?

I had been thinking about trying out a Tactics build, but then i've heard they don't handle packs of mob's well. And all i ever find is packs of 3-4 mobs, almost always with a strong in there somewhere. I can take them easily with Shield spec. How hard would it be for Tactics spec?

Also, i'm mainly geared for defense and high endurance, would i then have to rearrange my gear to be Aim heavy and what secondary stats ie - Crit, Power, Surge, etc...

Aim for damage, Endurance for health.

At 43 my endurance was like 1070, but I sometimes wanted a little more damage. Sadly aim doesn't increase our damage all that much with small gains. As a shield-spec, I'd say head for heavier endurance gear, with a secondary on aim. If you find yourself never needing a tons of heals, or dying while tanking for a team, you could drop some endurance for aim, obviously.
