I like some of your ideas but I would drop the points in Quake and put them into Battle Cry.

 

You could drop points in Quake and put them into Intimidation. If you take Dark Blood you loose Unstoppable and ruin. I like a variance of some of your ideas.

 

What ability stuns your opponent in pvp?

This is the hybrid tank build I'm planning on trying out. I tried to avoid some redundancies that seem to plague the class. With this build you get free screams and slams, and screams cause bleed and shield procs.

 

my jugg is only lvl 17 but, I havent been rage starved enough to put points into reducing the cost of retaliation, even though there are two talents for it. The way my timers work out I can keep my rage up just with charge>sunder>free scream>sunder>rage dump>sunder>etc.

 

If someone is higher level and can try this build, please post some comments.

This is the build i prefer ... It's just perfect :D you have some abilitys that really help you tanking AND in PvP AND you have all important Tank cooldowns AND you can change equip and into Shien to inflict some good dmg. If you want to Tank --> Soresu. If you want some damage --> Shien. It's just one click ... like a dual specc ^^.
