And this is the ONLY method people should have for gifting Cartel Coins. Giving players that ability would open up a Pandora's Box of spammers on every Fleet offering to sell milled coins from coinfarmer alts, never to be dislodged because any spammer that sells premium currency for less than the company that issues said currency gets business.
