Dhregin Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 (edited) Hey Guys, I submitted an in-game ticket asking the questions "Is this a known issue? am I doing something wrong to obtain this codex entry?" and within a couple hours a customer service dude granted me the codex entry and then contacted me. Hope this helps. UPDATE: The Rep. had to grant the entry to all of my characters (I only have 3 so he seemed willing to take the time to do it without reluctance!) He granted all three of my characters the entry and told me that were I to make a new character in which I ran into the problem again, I should report it again. It's not guarenteed that you'll always get someone coming on to grant you the codex entries, but its certainly nice to know they care.
