VelRathis Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 Along the lines of the Ewok, but rather than a Mercenary Contract you buy a `Incomplete Kamino Maturation Pod'. In essence a blank human template that you can configure the final steps of the clone maturation process by adjusting the machine: Thereby through conversation options choosing - 1. Clone Gender 2. Clone Force Alignment Affinity (which determines if the companion favors dark/light side choices) This solves an inherent flaw in the game, principally by providing a romancable companion of same/opposite gender that does not force you down a single force alignment route. The abilities of the companion are secondary however given we have: HK51 - A tech based ranged DPS Treek - A healer/tank It might be nice to have a force adept style melee companion. BobbyQuarrier Posted March 9, 2014 Share Posted March 9, 2014 This idea is really intriguing, and the potential for choosing the looks of the companion would be great. The species could be limited to just human, or just a starting species too that way it wouldn't be too much extra material to add in. I really love this idea, it would add some freshness to the game that while maybe not necessary would add a lot of appeal to the game for people who've started to fall out with it.
