I understand the economic impact scarcity, but I believe that having single cartel packs with a reduced rare count of 1 sold year around would increase revenue. The main reason is that this is a gambling pack, not a guaranteed item. Players would still purchase the hypercrates in excess before and after an embargo because these packs are cheaper and have a rare count of 2, but now you would give players who are not around all year or have spurts of disposable income a chance to spend money on packs between the release of hypercrates. I myself have more CC than I need. I am no longer interested in purchasing hypercrates for the outfits, but am still interested in the colour crystals. If single packs were available for all packs, even with a reduced count of 1, I would spend my money on those packs.
