You need a baseline for internal and External , battle with no armor just a base weapon ( battle nude). 2. point is no balanced gear for pvp, players have reverse engineer change the stats and when the Dev's changes abilities the players change the stats to build up on they lost. the Stats is imbalanced again. 3. The armor for pvp should be balanced cross the board, but their are 6 types : A 1. heavy tank 2. heavy support 3. medium tank 4. medium support 5. light tank 6. light support The skill tree is the factor if your total ability. the armor can't be altered or changed. one suite fit all type thing. The Dev's in this chase make changes, what do you pvp players do is you rush and make or buy MOD's Enhancements and Armoring to make up for the lost points in your armor. now we have a scale that will never be balanced, it give and take none of the player will be happy with any arrangement because you want to have better armor stats then other player. Fact you can take 15 commando on one team and 15 bounty hunters on and other team have them fight it out , but if you have a wide range in stats, the commando could have a better chance to win then the bounty hunters or it could be the other way around and bounty hunters win. The point I'm making is if you do not have a balanced gear all the way around you will be riding the teder totter all the time and there will not be any balance for pvp.
