in your opinion what is the bast crew skills to take for a Juggernaut pvper?

Your question is too broad. Need more details, but here are some possible answers:

From a pure min/max perspective: Synthweaving, Treasure Hunting, and either Investigation or Bioanalysis. These are the crew skills that SWs have +crit to. (+5, +5, +2, +2 respectively), but if you take synthweaving, you would need archeology to feed it.

If this is your first character, my advice is to go with two gathering skills (scavenging, archeology, or bioanalysis) and slicing; or all three gathering skills. Gather materials and either sell them on the GTN or stockpile for when you hit 55 and then drop two (keep the one that will feed your crafting) and pick up a crafting skill and the mission skill that feeds it.

If you insist on crafting now:

For PvP in general: biochem or cybertech (for reusables)

For SWs in general: Synthweaving (due to +5 crit with a companion & ship droid [for 100k credits])

But of those three, only the Bioanalysis gathering skill (that feeds biochem) offers +crit from a companion

The last option is Artifice for hilts, crystals, and enhancements (and you would have +crit to treasure hunting which feeds artifice)

Armormech and Armstech are the skills I would stay away from because they would only support your character through augments if you tank spec (shield and absorb from AM, and endurance from AT)

Pretty sure Vette is +5 to Treasure Hunting and not UT.

Cybertech and Biochem as mentioned already for reusables in PvP is nice.

If your going to purely PvP and do no PvE (including no PvE dalies) then any craft that lets you make MK-9 kits is decent as well. Crafting and selling those is an easy way to give yourself an extra steady income stream.
