scottgambit Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 How in the hell can you have a quest like Extermination (in Nar Shadaa) where killing the guy gives you dark side points? Hello, morality? The dude is literally standing amidst the bones and charred corpses of aliens in the middle of a giant oven he's been using to commit genocide and telling you he did it, and when you kill him instead of letting him live, you get 150 dark side points? Really?
Jandi Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 The ls/ds isn't about morality. Anyways, it's because killing people that surrender to you is bad form.
OldVengeance Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 It was the hardest Lightside choice I ever made (and even then only on my super lightside Consular), but the idea is you're letting your emotions cloud your judgment instead of finding out more about the rest of the Empire's extermination factories.

See, for me it wasn't hard at all. Killing him wont bring back the dead but interrogating him can save lives. By killing him you possibly let another operation like that continue. Killing him AFTER he spills the secrets is another matter. Edited February 4, 2014 by Jandi
