Sadly is not like that at all on some specs where power become far better. So, to fix this you must respect the logic of main stats. Example: for specs like monkey smashers the solution is to make shii-cho form tooltip to sound like this: ” enter a balancing lightsaber form, reducing and increasing the dmg delt by 3% and transforming all your strenght into raw power, balh, blah...” And this must be aplied to all classes.
