The item would come both alone (for a single item) and in a pack for a full set (7 for armor + 2 for weapons at least). This would allow us to transfer our set through our characters without being restricted to a couple of actual bound to legacy set and use instead the set we love without having to spend 350K each time we send the set to an alt. Will be good to have a way to turn any shell to BoL ... there is some nice ones that not fit characters that got them (nice blaster for BH tank on Scoundrel reward for example). But nothing more than empty shells, or whole idea of gearing alts goes thru the window (now you need offhand, ear and implants per alt) and cost bunch of credits to convert so serve as credit sink we have in price of mods removal.
