I crafted these level 43 earpieces: http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u286/kyanited/SWTOR/Earpiece_stats_1_zps28ddabda.jpeg But when mailed to an alt, they were missing the stats that were added with the prefix: http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u286/kyanited/SWTOR/Earpiece_stats_2_zpsc47fa20e.jpeg The stats were correct again after pulling the items from the mail box. This could be an issue when sending items COD to other players, who may refuse to accept the item/payment based on the reduced stats.
