-Streven-
To the community, my aiming reticle seems very jumpy and seems to suffer from a minor bit of delay. Is this normal or am I the only one? Does anyone have any suggestions for how you might make that thing work a bit smoother? I have played probably 30-40 hours of GSF so far and can't seem to get past this. Sharee
Hard to say what's at fault. Could be a wireless mouse with slow polling rate. Or a bad video driver. Or something running in the background stealing CPU cycles and slowing the whole game down.
Puja
Not sure if I've noticed what you are experiencing or not, but in Windows 7 I have set Mouse Properties > Pointer Options > Motion pointer speed two notches lower than default so that it is easier to hold my reticule on a target. Altheran
For the jumpy reticule, I suggest you to verify the surface you put your mouse on, and the optical sensor. If something like a bit of hair that would have fallen from your head stucks into the sensor, your pointer will be "jumpy" and inaccurate. As for the suface, look if there isn't anything odd on it, clean it if you have a doubt. As for the lag, i don't have any idea.
