RaynorJ Posted December 25, 2013 Share Posted December 25, 2013 Hi, Did any of you guys got to test the effect of a tier 3 directional shield with a 3seconds bonus to shield regeneration delay coupled to a tier 3 turbo reactor with -60% to shield regeneration delay ?
