Upgradeable pods. Pod racing outfits. PvP like dirty play. No teams, you vs. the rest of the pack. Republic and imperials on the same course. For one, pod racing is almost non-existent in SWTOR time-period. Technically the closest thing would be swoop bike racing. Secondly, wrong forum. This subforum relates to the SW franchise at large, without specific mention to SWTOR the game. This should be posted in the General Discussion or in the Suggestion Box Since we already have Galactic Starfighter I find the chances of this ever being applied remote and I personally would have no interest in it.
