As it stands it's wicked annoying already. After the life day event is over i dont feel like getting hit by snowballs all year round in this game. Also Snowballs give the illusion of a broken CC in warzones. Allowing the player to toss a snow ball when you are cc'd to give the illusion that you have broken your cc and attackers will then attack you and really break your cc. Hell using it in Warzones like that seems like a smart tactic, and if someone is smart and quick enough to use it in that manner, I applaud them for their ingenuity.
