Sazodeha Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 Trying to build a gunship and made some mistakes putting points into ion, rail and shield. Now I am trying to earn points so I can go plasma and scanner deter. Problem is my gun is lousy, I cannot seem to kill anything barely scratching my opponent doing 15-30 points of damage if at all. so at the end of each battle with maybe one newb kill and 10 assist, I get 250 points? The upgrades are in the thousands. So am I supposed to just run 11,000 missions? need advice here bad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Verain Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 Values that low are from one thing- not charging your cannon. Right click to zoom in, then HOLD left click. A bar will build on top, and as it does so, it will consume your blaster energy (yellow bar on left). If you run out of blaster energy, the railgun will fire. It will also fire when you release. Your goal is a fully charged shot on most targets, but a half charge or less can hurt someone very weak. But if you just click left and release you'll see the numbers you describe. The PvP terminal in the fleet (the same one that you get ground game pvp quests from) will give you a daily and a weekly to play games. Ensure you run these every day!
