Baddieologist Posted December 23, 2011 Author Share Posted December 23, 2011 it did not work. it says to the left of exit "There is currently no active subscription on this account. Activate your account here" when i click here it takes me to my account page. where i have filled out everything. including billing information. the only thing i did not complete was the security key which is optional. anyone know how to fix? TehMurph Posted December 23, 2011 Share Posted December 23, 2011 May want to take your issue to the customer support forum, you've got me at a dead end. If your account has an active subscription with an active payment method (credit card/game card/paypal/etc) and that's the account you are using to log in to the launcher with, there should be no issue. If you do go to customer support, make sure you specify that you have redeemed your product key and activated a subscription, or they'll just tell you to do that first.
