My question is what is the theory on Surge %, do we still keep it @ 70%? If this is the case are we then stacking Alacrity instead? Or is it the fact that as our Power/Strength/Crit is increasing, this increase in Surge is acceptable? Not sure if relevant but I play Carnage As long as your accuracy is at cap there is no reason to not continue stack surge. Alacrity is not a DPS increase for us.
