Considering some of the speeders are required for the Gearhead achievement, and are unavailable (or are stupid insane prices) on the GTN. Relates to the Ubrikki Speeders, and the Longspur STAP speeders. Either add that into the Cartel Market to purchase as individual items or add them into the vendors on fleet in the Cartel Bazaar (requiring credits / cartel certs / reputation requirements to purchase).
