(I was unsure on whether or not to place this in the suggestion box or the cartel market forum. If I'm in the wrong, I apologize.) Always confused why Channel Hatred, Recuperate, etc. have a 15 second duration... seems so arbitrary. I don't think I've ever gone through a full one anyways, there really isn't much point since you are full health after about 9-10 seconds max.
