Second, I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the 3 DVD disks. third, I done all I could even under safe mode. When I relogged, I started the launcher and it updated the launcher. I can enter my display name and password, but it will not log in due to this bug. Before I had to restore my computer, my operating system was Windows 8.1 and everything was working with the game.
