BiscuitPhan Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 So this is an interesting problem... Logged on earlier today, tried to do some solo ranked wz's, didn't pop in an hour, logged off. Account was fine. Just tried logging in several hours later, to see on the main screen that I am now a preferred player and have to active my characters or subscribe. I have been subscribed for about a year, month to month using a credit card. In fact, checking my bank account, I was billed today, and looking on the swtor.com website, I have 28 days remaining of subscription. Slightly disconcerting. Is this real life? I tried calling customer service, but its 10:50pm est, so obviously no one is manning the phones. Nice. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When your sub renews, the money goes out your account, but their system doesn't update properly so you drop to pref.
