Xalek shocks the dead

Hello,

 

For my Sith Sorcerer, I use Xalek as my current companion.

When he uses Lightning Strike and his actions are interrupted due to changing targets or killing of the NPC,

the animation of Lightning Strike keeps going for some time.

Example 1: While fighting multiple mobs, he uses Lightning Strike on one NPC, changes target and strikes a different one with his saber. The first one will still receive lightning but no damage.

Example 2: While fighting one mob (only one or last does not matter) and the NPC dies while being shocked, Xalek will leave combat just as me but lightning will still be fired at the dead.

 

Perhaps the interrupt doesn't interrupt the animation, just the damage.

Does any one else notice this?
