For the same reason we don't have ships 100% like Star Destroyers Imperial class, armor 100% like clone and stormtrooper armor and lore sets that only appear later in time. Because it would ruin the immersion of the game... not like having giant glowing icons above every players head, or being restricted to certain weapons based on a class, or having the same exact skills as everyone else in your class, or even having classes!
