bowlergirl Posted September 7, 2013 Share Posted September 7, 2013 base cool down for subs is now 9 hours. Non subs have a base cool down of 12 hours. You can buy 3 legacy perks that will lower the cool down by three hours on each one. If you buy all three, subs would have no cool down and everyone else would have 3 hours. The perks cost 100k, 200k, and 300k for a total of 600k credits. I agree it is odd as most other legacy unlocks have that option. however, if you get all 3 fleet pass unlocks and are a sub then the cool down is reduced to zero.sourceat bottom of page. This is correct. I've done it. There is no cool-down on my fleet pass at the moment....and there is no option to buy with cartel coins.
