Can we pls get one in sandy/brown colours? =] I'd love it without hood attachment! Better yet: Let players wear this as well which is the same thing but with added tabard. Also visible on npcs. http://www.swtor-fever.com/wp-content/gallery/jedi-knight-armor/jediknight-armor02.jpg (no hood pls) =] http://tor.zamimg.com/torhead/uploads/images/6453.jpg Similar, but not same, worn by Orgus Din himself. MenofNumenor
I'm with this guy. I've always wanted these robes. But can we have with AND without hoods. It'd be nice to actually have a choice. It looks great both ways.
Phylok
Yeah I like this one, and both hooded and non hooded options would be good, Even dyed this would be some nice armor to have.
SebastianII
I support this as well. Another npc to consider is Nariel Pridence from the smuggler Tatooine storyline. Heck even the jedi npcs in the dune sea on Tatooine for the imperial heroics have better gear than our jedi toons in game.
Alec_Fortescue
http://i.imgur.com/3Xk599N.png http://i.imgur.com/dT1hKeH.png This is tiring. Number of people requested similar chest (almost the same as legacy vendor) without shoulder pads! And yet they DO IT. Why? Trolling? Seriously why? Ruin a light vest with oversized, massive clipping shoulders which can't be dyed and do not fit the set. You already have similar armor in the game and nobody wants to wear it! Speaking about the Knight's legacy armor. I know you want to show off your scrolling uvs but why the bloody shoulders? It was a great chance to get a nice Jedi vest but no, it had to be ruined -_- Especially while you're releasing two variations, why couldn't you make one WITHOUT shoulder pads? Why is it so hard? :[
SebastianII
Great, another potential jedi set ruined by an unnecessary fashion accessory. Do they even try on the gear they produce? When you wear the legacy vendor version you look like you are so top heavy that when you run you'll tip and fall head first. Does that make you feel heroic? Does that make you feel like a real jedi? A clown with over blown top heavy shoulders. Seriously, if this is going to hit the cartel market, I want a circular round red nose added to that cartel pack so I can finish the complete look. Heck give the new lightsaber a horn honking sound. If we're going to look stupid, then lets look STUPID. Honestly, I don't feel like anyone is listening to what we have to say. Its kinda frustrating when we champion this game, pay for a subscription, pay for cartel coins, but you won't listen to what we want to wear in game. Look if I have to be an Imperial to look cool, just add a dev post to this thread stating this and I will delete my Republic toons when I get home from work and will reroll. Alec_Fortescue
Seba, join me in a new thread specifically about new scrolling UV champion sets (ones from my link!). They made two of them - why not make one without shoulders? We have dyes and we can (almost) make them look as we desire!
Tatile
http://i.imgur.com/3Xk599N.png http://i.imgur.com/dT1hKeH.png Oh look, they hired some of the WoW armour designers to work on the Cartel Market. Boo
Sam_Skyrunner
I would absolutely love more tunics. I really like the Jolee Bindo tunic, but you can't dye it. It would be nice if they would either let you dye it, or make a generic one similar that can be dyed. I'd even buy a black/black dye for it. Alec_Fortescue
Oh look, they hired some of the WoW armour designers to work on the Cartel Market. Boo this is practically a copy paste of http://tor-fashion.com/2012/05/17/guardian-renowned/ but without a tabard and with scrolling uvs. I play the game a lot. Way too much. And the last time I saw anyone on the fleet wearing that armor was over a year ago! Edited September 13, 2013 by Alec_Fortescue
SebastianII
Seba, join me in a new thread specifically about new scrolling UV champion sets (ones from my link!). They made two of them - why not make one without shoulders? We have dyes and we can (almost) make them look as we desire! I'll support this. Just post me a link. I want to be heard on this issue. I'm done logging to my main and feeling unsatisfied with the way his gear looks.
BrianDavion
it's funny just when I think BW begins to get "it" gear wise we see stuff like that
SebastianII
I'm on a role, so lets necro this thread too. If we get robes like this we will spend money on cartel coins and probably stay subscribed for a longer indefinite amount of time. This is clearly what they DON'T want us to do. Apparently gaming companies are trending towards denying their player base and measuring how many of their players get upset and rage on the forum or unsubscribe all together. SWLoveAngel
I don't get why they'd rather see complaints. Why not just give us more armor without the bulky shoulder pads, and without the hoods? I'm not a fan of the hooded gear really - after all, why give a character a nice hairstyle, then cover it up with a hood? I would like to see fewer hooded tops, and more that, if they have a hood, it's a separate piece of gear for the head slot instead.
