It would be wise to simply run with the most augmentative players to your team. (Team not guild) Yeah my guys and I will definitely have an "A-TEAM" (when we figure it out). But I wouldn't restrict my other 10+ guildies who are interested in pvping from queueing with the guild tag. So there will be quite a few <WAR> teams queuing once 2.4 comes out. And somewhere in that mix, will be "the A-Team". Like Xinika says, it doesn't really matter. That was more for 8v8 Ranked.
