infoguy Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 I have the same issue but due to the narrow amount of acctual support I've recieved they always state the same thing, in game they say, "oh really you have to use your product code not your pre order code." Over live chat they same the same thing, and told me to contact them via the email support , which gives you exactly the same thing..... a waste of money.
