Who We Are

 

<VöiD> is a close knit family of PvE focused players that has been together since early 2012. We were built on the idea that sometimes real life comes around to knock you in the butt, and that when it happens, video games have to take the rear burner. Regardless of what your real life issue is, <VöiD> will work around your varying schedule, allowing you to sign up when you are able to raid, and not requiring you to dedicate more time than your real life plans allow. We pride ourselves on our member run system, with officer elections held every three months to ensure that there is always someone in a position of leadership that will represent your interests. In fact, our next round of officer elections is underway right now!

How we like to do things

 

Our guild is proud to be 100% casual in just about everything we do. Progression raids are not restricted to a single group, and group composition changes from week to week based on signups. Despite this, we have full cleared everything that is available excluding the last boss in DF HM, and the last four in DF NiM Overall, the casual atmosphere is not harmful to our progression capabilities. In fact, the additional camaraderie garnered from knowing everyone and having a chance to play with everyone makes progression raiding enjoyable, even when we don't necessarily pass with flying colors.

 

We raid six nights a week, with Sundays being alternating free days and PvP days. Raid times are set at 8:15 EST every night. This does not change so as to ensure that there is no confusion about when we will be starting. With the addition of warzone arenas in game update 2.4, Sundays will likely return to being full time PvP days. During the week, there are typically one or two groups running PvP before and after raid time. Of the six nights that we raid, two to three of them are progression nights, and the other three to four are gearing/goof off nights. Please note that all of our raids are open signups, and there are no restrictions placed on anyone, including new recruits, regarding ability to raid with us.

 

In addition to our regularly scheduled raids, the guild runs a variety of fun events from month to month. In the past we have had a 1v1 dueling tournament, a scavenger hunt, a strip dueling tournament, and a four hour long game of hide and seek that spanned three planets. This month, we're running a 100% drunk raid to blow of some steam and have a laugh :).

 

Leveling Branch

 

As of April 20th, VöiD will be open to all character and skill levels. We are seeking to help the newcoming player base get established in the game while providing them an enjoyable place to make new friends. We want our members to be a part of our family from the beginning of the game onwards. Who we're looking for

 

We had personal issues draw several of our members away, so we're looking for friendly, reliable players that are willing to hang out and have some fun with us!

 

We like to have fun with our raids because we feel that real life is stressful enough without SWTOR adding to it. If you can't have a good laugh when a marauder face pulls a mob with double saber throw and gets his face stomped in when the tanks refuse to taunt of him, you probably won't be happy with us. Similarly, if you want vent to be quiet all the time, with the only talk coming from tanks and so on, you probably won't be happy with us. We're a talkative bunch.

By way of an update.....

 

We downed the writhing horror on nightmare mode tonight!!!!!!!!!!

 

We are still recruiting though, especially geared dps and tanks. If you aren't quite geared, but are looking for a casual guild to raid with, we'll still fit the bill for you! Feel free to submit an app at our website, or use any of the means of contact listed above.

We're so super excited about the update!

 

Tonight we full cleared Dread Fortress SM 8 man and we took down the first boss in Dread Fortress HM 8 man! All in all a great way to start the new content.

 

We would still L-O-V-E to hear from anyone interested in us. Send us a tell!

I'd like to give a thumbs up to these folks. I've been trying to get into an Oricon Ops group, found a spot in a group that was just forming up. Turns out it was a VoiD raid.

 

Man I tell ya, what a great bunch. They had calm, focused leadership and great attitudes. I wasn't the worst geared in the group, they had a couple other pugs, but nonetheless, they accepted my pvp gear and my pve noobness.

 

Thanks for giving me a shot, and thanks for the great run. Definitely looking forward to more action with you guys. I'd also Highly recommend that new pve'ers to server contact these folks. Best raiding I've had on swtor yet.

Welcome to the team, Point!!!

We've made some more really great progress in the weeks since the update. So far, we've full cleared both DP and DF SM 16 man. We've also pushed to 3/5 DF HM and 1/5 DP HM!

 

We'd still love to hear from anyone needing a home!

Ah! I have been so lax on updating our progression status!!!

 

For any interested players, we have now cleared 8/10 in DF/DP HM 8 man. We are now 3/5 DF HM 16 man as well. We'll be working on Brontes and the Council in 8 man HM on Monday, hopefully to take down at least one of them!

 

We are still recruiting members. Our progression teams could use a few more geared dps and healers that would be interested in filling spots, but we're openly recruiting at the moment. New players, we'd still love to have you in our guild and help you get the gear and knowledge you need.

Now announcing: VöiD for all levels!

 

Ordinarily we only look for those at level 55 or nearing level 55, but we want to support the broader player base. As such, we're opening our ranks for newcomers to the game as well as elder game players. Need some help questing? Want a friendly bunch of people to hang out with? Hit us up!
