There is a bug with combat / Global Cooldown (GCD), where if you activate skills at a certain point, the GCD fires but the ability isn't activated, this leaves you unable to press any combat ability for the duration of the GCD. It can be chained twice in a row, but thats rare. I've experienced this on both the Bounty Hunter, Sith Warrior and Sith Inquisitor. The way i experience it is if you quickly press skills after they trigger. For example Sith Assassin: Stealth > Maul > Maul > Discharge If you do this combination quickly it should at some point lock you out of a GCD entirely.
