Maullum Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 From what I understand, metallics and shinys are through texture, not colour. Dyes only change colour (as changing textures could cause HUGE problems), so what you'd get is like a brown-orange for gold and a grey for silver etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Currently they don't always look the same depending on what the original color of the item was. I'd also like to see every dye color have a primary and secondary option so we can mix and match our own colors. Some of the "sets" of colors are truly horrid.
