There is one but it's more like this kind of really curly hair and doesn't really fit characters of Caucasian appearance. Hair cut from Cartel market is also needed, to alter existing ones. My Imperial agent could really go for some short military style hair-cut with straight hair, not curly. There is still only one hairstyle with a Padawan braid... in a STAR WARS game. The new long hair looks really bad, it almost starts growing @ the middle of the head! if you use complexion 18 you can see "stubble" on your head way before it.
